I have been in the HR world for over twenty years — from internal communications and employee experience to talent development and team leadership. I have worked in startups and international companies (Johnson & Johnson, Avast, Emplifi), trained for brands such as LEGO, Česká spořitelna, Člověk v Tísni, Microsoft and many others. I am a mentor for the "Do Toho" and "Den Pro Školu" programs.

 

I am a certified adult education and applied improvisation trainer. I enjoy designing and leading workshops that are engaging, to the point, and most importantly, lead to concrete realizations, steps, and changes.

 

I am fully dedicated to the topic of age management and help companies build an environment where age is not a problem, but an opportunity. I completed a leadership program from the Maine Council on Aging and continue to educate myself on the topic so that I can pass on my experience and know-how.

 

I love when things make sense and have an impact. My work combines professional experience, eternal curiosity, the courage to break ageist stereotypes, and a sincere desire to change the Czech work culture so that it is fair for those of us who are over fifty and still have something to offer.
